The project responds to a client brief to refresh and update a 1940s hillside residence that has undergone multiple extensions, resulting in a fragmented spatial arrangement. The design explores both a lighter, airy response and an alternative that embraces the darker tones of its hillside setting. A restrained mid-century influence informs the design direction, maintaining continuity with the character of their original home.
Construction is anticipated to commence in early 2026.
